The small net hides two large offsetting causes, so it should not be read as agreement. First, the day-of versus day-after split, worth about +$83 to the dashboard: it holds 300 registration actions day-of against the sheets tracker's 259, and 94 day-after against its 143. The tracker's Uniform Order Date is the one activity column whose warehouse source carries a time, and the Looker export floors it in UTC, so an evening-ET order lands a day late and a day-of flag becomes day-after. Day-of pays $8 against $5, so correcting the tracker moves its own total down rather than up. Second, the third call: the sheets tracker pays a Call 3 block worth $426, while the dashboard's anchor cap for K Focus is two calls, so it pays nothing there. Net effect is +$388 to the dashboard on the first two calls and −$426 on the third. Per agent the spread is far wider than the net: Gabriel +$101, Javier +$77, Juan Quintana −$61.
Reg Action (G1-6) RSVP excluded both sides
$875
$1,143
+268
Two separate things are going on. The sheets tracker cannot answer the per-agent question at all: its Call 2 Agent column is empty on all 544 rows of the Aug 3 export while the Call 2 counts are populated, so $315 of its $875 (36%) carries no agent name. Call 1 and Call 3 agents are fine, which points at a formula fault, since Call 1 uses XLOOKUP and works while Call 2 and Call 3 use a LET/FILTER construction and only Call 3 returns values. Separately, most of the dollar gap is the same uniform-order timezone flip, and here it is stark: roughly 60 actions simply swap sides, the dashboard holding 108 registration day-of against 54 and 18 day-after against 78. The residual is the dashboard reading the warehouse today against a tracker exported Aug 3, plus the anchor-scope change that lets a Reg Action family's K-tagged calls anchor her credits.
RSVP sits on the dashboard only ($740 K Focus, $222 Reg Action): neither tracker carries an RSVP column, so both comparisons exclude it.
K Focus — By Agent
Counts are scholars. Both sides here cover the same first two calls, so the third call is not what drives the gap; it is priced separately in the last column. The gap is a DATE disagreement: the tracker's uniform-order date arrives in UTC and lands a day late, which turns day-of actions ($8) into day-after ones ($5). Same actions, same calls, cheaper tier, so the tracker reads low. Success Academy staff who entered the Aircall roster through setup or supervisory calls are excluded throughout, so call counts are Sutherland agents only and run 14 below the raw board figure.

Reg Action (G1-6) — By Agent
Two notes on reading this table. The tracker DOES bonus second calls, $315 worth, but its Call 2 Agent column is blank, so it cannot say who earned them; that $315 sits on the italicised row instead of with an agent. And an agent can show few calls yet still earn, because Calls counts only Reg-Action-tagged calls while the bonus follows the family whatever tag the call carried. RSVPs are excluded from the Gap column, since the tracker has never tracked them.

Decisions Applied (2026-08-06)
Ruling
Effect in these figures
Reg Action RSVPs pay
84 parents had verified Splash sign-ups whose only Completed-RSVP-tagged call carried the Reg Action tag. The paying set widened to k_focus + g1_6_reg; the engine credited 83 parents / $249 (one parent re-attributed to Reg Action by the first-tagged-call rule). Rates unchanged: $3, with the $5 tier still gated to checked-in Ask Us Anything About K.
The K Focus third call is not paid
The dashboard's two-call anchor cap stands. The sheets tracker's $426 Call 3 block is excluded deliberately, not by omission.
Reg Action pays two calls, not three
Reg Action had been anchoring on a family's first THREE calls, adopted to mirror the sheet tracker's three call-date columns. Reverted to two on 2026-08-06 so both campaigns follow the one rate document, which covers K Focus and was confirmed the same day as paying two calls. Three Reg Action credits were anchored on a third call and have been removed: $32 in July (both to Javier Caicedo, 07-27) and $8 in August. Every mover is a decrease.
No yield bonus on either campaign
K Focus and Reg Action agents do not earn anything for their families showing up on the first day of school. Both campaigns end at seat confirmation, registration actions and RSVPs. Yield bonusing belongs to the ATS campaign alone, billed separately. This closes the question carried since the Jul 31 discussion.
Unverified RSVP claims are closed unpaid
After the full-org sweep, 24 tagged claims still have no verified guest record (or sit on alternate numbers outside the cohort, or sit on a campaign with no RSVP tier). They do not pay.
Method and Sources
Window
July 1–31, 2026, on the action date, meaning the day the family took the qualifying action. That is the window the live dashboard itself uses; keying on the crediting call date instead moves K Focus by about $10.
Dashboard
Supabase yc_bonus_credits and the yc_agent_metrics RPC, the same function the live Lovable board renders, so these figures ARE the board's. Verified 2026-08-06 agent by agent against the board's own leaderboard, 9 of 9 exact. If the board shows a larger K Focus figure, check its date chip: on Cumulative it also counts Aug 1-6, which is $50 more than this July window.
K Focus rates
$8 per scholar day-of and $5 day-after, on the family's first two calls. Each qualifying call pays, so one agent can earn twice for one scholar. Plus RSVP at $3, or $5 when the parent RSVPs and attends a K Zoom.
Reg Action rates
The same engine, no RSVP tier, anchored on the first three calls (raised from two to match the sheets tracker).
Verified only
Nothing pays from an agent's own tag. Seat and registration credits are confirmed against the EDNA warehouse and RSVP credits against the Splash guest list.
Scholars vs families
Seat and registration bonuses pay per scholar; RSVP pays per parent. Scholar counts run about 13% above family counts through siblings.
K Focus tracker
The Agent Bonuses tab of the K Focus Schools Yield Campaign sheet, pulled 2026-08-05. The campaign wrapped 07-28, so that tab is final.
Reg Action tracker
The Reg Follow Up Call List tab of the Reg Action Follow Up Campaign workbook, Aug 3 export.
Double payment
Four scholar actions had been paid under both Reg Action and K Focus, same agent twice, worth $32. The guard against it tested whether the family was still in the K Focus queue, but crediting never required queue membership, so families dropped by the cohort sweep kept their K credits and passed the test. It now tests whether the call already anchors a credit elsewhere. Fixed 2026-08-06; none of it remains in these figures.
